RBD palm oil is a light yellow liquid or semi-solid at room temperature, melting to clear yellow liquid on slightly heating. It is obtained by refining Crude Palm Oil.

APPLICATIONS

RBD palm oil is used by major food industries such as, instant noodles, snack foods and others for frying . Others food industries, such as, margarines, shortenings, ice cream, condensed milk, vanaspati, soap, etc

RBD PALM OLEIN

APPEARANCE

RBD palm olein is a clear Golden yellow liquid at room temperature. It is obtained by fractionating RBD Palm Oil by separating liquid parts (olein) from solid parts (Stearin).

APPLICATIONS

RBD palm olein is also being used as frying oil by major food industries, mainly snacks and ready-to-eat foods etc. Also been used as a raw material for to produce margarines and shortenings.

DOUBLE FRACTIONATED PALM OLEIN

RBD PALM STEARIN

APPEARANCE

RBD palm stearin fractionation of RBD Palm Oil by separating Olein from Stearin. RBD palm stearin is a white solid at room temperature, melting to clear yellow liquid on heating.

APPLICATIONS

RBD palm stearin mainly used in Margarine and Shortening Industries. Also consumedas a source for producing specialty fats for coating in confectionery. It's also used in soap and oleochemical industries.

RBD PALM KERNEL OIL

APPEARANCE

Refined Palm Kernel oil is freshly extracted, refined, bleached, and deodorized genuine Palm Kernel oil . It is used as a good source of liquid oil for margarine and shortening. It is also an excellent oil for soap and detergent manufacturing due to its high content.

APPLICATIONS

RBD palm stearin mainly used in Margarine and Shortening Industries. Also consumedas a source for producing specialty fats for coating in confectionery. It's also used in soap and oleochemical industries.

RBD PALM KERNEL OLEIN

Refined Palm Kernel oil is freshly extracted, refined, bleached, and deodorized genuine Palm Kernel oil . It is used as a good source of liquid oil for margarine and shortening. It is also an excellent oil for soap and detergent manufacturing due to its high content.

RBD PALM KERNEL STEARIN

RBD Palm Kernel Olein is obtained from the fractionating RPO to separate liquid parts (olein) from solid parts (Stearin). RBD Palm Olein is clear yellow liquid at room temperature and no contamination. It widely used as frying oil for food industries, such as, anack foods, ready-to-eat foods. RBD Palm Olein also used as a raw material for margarines and shortenings.

RBD PALM KERNEL STEARIN

Palm Stearin is the more solid fraction obtained by fractionation of palm oil after crystallization at the controlled temperature. Palm Stearin is very useful source of fully natural hard fat component of products such as shortenings, margarines, vanaspati, etc. Palm Stearin is an excellent raw material for soap marking and a cost effective replacement for tallow soap manufacturing, animal feeds and oleo chemicals.

PALM FATTY ACID DISTILLATE

Palm Fatty Acid Distillate is product from the refining Crude Palm (CPO). Palm Fatty Acid Distillate is light brown solid at room temperature, melting to brown loquid on heating. Fatty Acid are used in rubber processing, in the flavor and fragrance industry, for manufacturing of candles, cosmetics, toiletries and pharmaceutical products.

CRUDE PALM OIL

Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is obtained from the pericarp of palm fruit. Crude Palm Oil is Orange liquid or semi-solid at room temperature, melting to clear red orange liquid on slightly heating. Crude Palm oil is a rich source of pro-vitamin A in the form of carotenoilds this is about 15 times more than that present in carrots. Refined Red Palm Oil is used for the treatment and prevention of vitamin A deficiency. Palm Oil is also rich in vitamin E is free of cholesterol.

CRUDE PALM KERNEL OIL

Palm Kernel Oil is obtained from the kernel of palm fruit. There are great differences between Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil in physical and chemical characteristic. Palm Kernel Oil is yellow wish in colour and has different a fatty acid composition. Palm contains mainly palmitic (C16:0) and oleo acids (C18:1), two most common fatty acids and about 50% saturated, while Palm Kernel Oil contains mainly lauric acid (C12:0) and more than 80% saturated. Palm Kernel Oil closely resembles Coconut Oil in its fatty formulation and characteristics, therefore is a cost effective substitute for Crude Coconut Oil in the production of quality soap.

SOFT OIL

SUN FLOWER OIL

Healthy, natural sunflower oil is produced from oil type sunflower seeds. Sunflower oil is light in taste and appearance and supplies more Vitamin E than any other vegetable oil. It is a combination of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with low saturated fat levels. The versatility of this healthy oil is recognized by cooks internationally. Sunflower oil is valued for its light taste, frying performance and health benefits.

There are three types of sunflower oil available; NuSun, linoleic and high oleic sunflower oil. All are developed with standard breeding techniques. They differ in oleic levels and each one offers unique properties. With three types of sunflower oil available, sunflower oil meets the needs of consumer and food manufacturers alike for a healthy and high performance non-transgenic vegetable oil.

CORN OIL

Corn oil is oil extracted from the germ of corn. Its main use is in cooking, where its high smoke point makes refined corn oil a valuable frying oil. It is also a key ingredient in some margarine. Corn oil has a milder taste and is less expensive than most other types of vegetable oils. Refined corn oil is 99% triglyceride, with proportions of approximately 59% polyunsaturated fatty acid, 24% monounsaturated fatty acid, and 13% saturated fatty acid.

CANOLA OIL

Canola oil is pressed from tiny canola seeds produced by beautiful yellow flowering plants. Consumers recognize canola oil for its nutritional attributes as it contains the lowest level of saturated fatty acids of any vegetable oil. It is high in monounsaturated fatty acids, which have been shown to reduce blood cholesterol levels, and has moderate levels of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is also a rich source of vitamin E. Like all vegetable oils, canola oil is cholesterol- free. These qualities are important in a healthy diet. Fats and oils, such as canola, play an essential role in human nutrition. Fat is part of every cell in the body, a valuable source of energy, aids in absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, as well as beta-carotene, and slows digestion so that you feel full for a longer period.

SOYA BEAN OIL

Soybean oil is widely used oil and is commonly called ‘vegetable oil’. Soybean oil is a very healthy food ingredient despite the bad publicity regarding fats and oils in general. Soybean oil is very popular because it is cheap, healthful and has a high smoke point. Soybean oil does not contain much saturated fat. Like all other oils from vegetable origin, soybean oil contains no cholesterol. Saturated fat and cholesterol cause heart diseases and mainly found in products from animal origin such as milk, cheese and meat products. Soybean oil contains natural antioxidants which remain in the oil even after extraction. These antioxidants help to prevent the oxidative rancidity.
